Enoshima Kamakura Freepass

If you are visiting Kamakura on a day trip from Tokyo, this return pass is essential.  It will save you a lot of money and hassle. It gets very busy on weekends, so try to go on weekdays.

What does it cost?

One Day Pass: Adults 1,430 yen, Children 720 yen.

When can I use it?

Anytime.

Is it worth it?

There is a lot to do in Kamakura, and most of it is connected by the train lines of this pass.  Therefore you will start to save money very quickly.  The cost of a Enoshima Kamakura Freepass is about the same as a return ticket.

What are the rules?

  • After taking the train from Shinjuku station, must be used within Kamakura and Enoshima only.
  • You cannot get off at a station before entering the free pass zone.
  • You can get this pass on the day or in advance.

Where can I buy it?

You can buy it at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku station (map here).  Make sure you take a copy of the free sightseeing map!  You can also buy at Odakyu Railway (private line) ticket machines at Shinjuku station.
