Are you into beer? Want to try out some famous Japanese beer? The Museum of Yebisu Beer (ヱビスビール記念館) is the place for you! The museum features a good number of displays on the history of Yebisu Beer, as well as Japanese beer in general. The Tasting Salon is the highlight here, and the shops features everything from branded beer jugs to beer jelly.
Budget travel tips
- Head to the Tasting Salon for cheap pints of Yebisu beer for only $400 (about $4). A variety of different flavours are available.
- No need to do the tour (even if you speak Japanese) as all the info is written on pamphlets and on the walls.

Closed: Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday) and New Years holiday period.

From Shibuya, take the JR Yamanote Line to Ebisu (2 mins, 133 yen)
From Shinjuku, take the JR Yamanote Line to Ebisu (9 mins, 154 yen)
Once at Ebisu station follow the signs to the museum (5 minutes on foot).
